Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Full Stack Engineer

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 12 months.

What will you do?

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary digital and technology team supporting the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and the National Council of Social Service (NCSS). The team designs and delivers secure, scalable digital applications to support policy, operations, and service delivery across Singapore’s social service sector.

The Full Stack Engineer plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end applications, including AI-enabled and data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross functional stakeholders across MSF and NCSS to assess business and operational needs and translate them into reliable, secure, and compliant technical solutions that support organisational objectives.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
• Build and enhance chat-based user interfaces and supporting backend services
• Develop APIs and application logic to support business workflows and system integrations
• Implement and customise LLM-powered applications
• Deploy and support applications on AWS (e.g. Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB)
• Create and maintain technical documentation for application design, deployment, and operations

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Relevant education qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields
• 3–5 years of experience in software engineering or full-stack development AWS Cloud or AI-related certifications
• Proficiency in frontend development (e.g. React, TypeScript)
• Proficiency in backend development (e.g. Python, NodeJS based services)
• Experience working with APIs and authentication mechanisms
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
• Understanding application security, access controls, and logging
• Exposure to version control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices
