Location: Remote Position based in Dublin, Ireland. 

Reporting to: Tech Lead

Objective 

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build scalable, high-quality software solutions. You will work in a cross-functional Agile team, owning the full development lifecycle from design to deployment. 

The ideal candidate is proficient across modern front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and third-party integrations, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to UI/UX, and a strong focus on usability. Experience working in Scrum/Kanban environments is required. 


Responsibilities  

  • Collaborate with the development team and product manager to ideate software solutions. 
  • Write effective and secure REST APIs. 
  • Integrate third-party libraries for product enhancement. 
  • Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture. 
  • Work with data scientists and analysts to enhance software using RPA and AI/ML techniques. 
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications. 
  • Ensure software responsiveness and efficiency through testing. 
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software as needed. 
  • Implement security and data protection settings. 
  • Create features and applications with mobile-responsive design. 
  • Write clear, maintainable technical documentation. 
  • Build front-end applications with appealing, responsive visual design. 

 

  

Requirements
  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 4+ years of Python development experience, strong in Django and DRF. 
  • Proven expertise in building REST APIs, including versioning and authentication (JWT/OAuth2). 
  • Strong database experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including migrations and query optimisation. 
  • Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); React/Next.js is a plus. 
  • Hands-on with Git, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Nginx, and message brokers (RabbitMQ preferred). 
  • Experience with testing, debugging, code reviews, and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence). 
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in Agile/Scrum environments.
