Full Stack Developer – Python

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize scalable, AI-driven applications using Python and relevant frameworks
• Design, implement, and maintain back-end components and server-side logic
• Integrate AI/ML models to enhance system performance and user experience
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to ensure reliability and accuracy
• Implement security measures and data protection solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
• Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models tailored to specific business needs
• Assess and prioritize feature requests, identifying opportunities for AI/ML integration
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in AI and machine learning

Must-have Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Python Developer, preferably in healthcare digital products
2. Expertise in Python frameworks (Django and Flask) and AWS cloud services
3. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical aptitude
4. Proficiency in written and oral English communication
5. Experience in building responsive web applications and working with microservices architecture
6. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, JavaScript, HTML5)
7. Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and API development (REST, Swagger)
8. Understanding of SOLID development principles and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI, BI & Visualization tools
• Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Familiarity with MongoDB and Agora RTC

Remuneration / Salary

INR 40,000 to 70,000 Per Month (DOE)
