Full stack Developer (PHP/ReactJs)

Syarah is on a mission to change how people buy their cars in Saudi and the Middle East. We offer buyers an end-to-end digital car buying experience where they can buy their next car from the comfort of their living rooms. Under the hood, we build systems to manage the sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping and many more. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Fullstack development, with a focus on backend.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and SQL.
• Basic experience with Node.js for backend services.
• Experience with React.js or similar frontend technologies.
• Understanding of web development principles, API integration, and software architecture.
• Implement caching strategies (e.g., Redis, Memcached) to optimize performance and reduce database load.
• Optimize code for scalability and performance, ensuring efficient use of system resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern backend design patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust backend systems using PHP
• Design and implement efficient database solutions with MySQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Contribute to frontend development tasks as needed

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and various system designs.
