👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Full Stack Developer at Ivy Partners, you will be expected to:
- Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on platforms to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Ensure developments adhere to best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
- Participate in solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities.
- Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security.

Requirements

🏅 About you
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have advanced Javascript skills with experience in modern frameworks.
- You possess a solid understanding of web application development and RESTful API integrations.
- You bring additional experience with data integration platforms (e.g., Apache NiFi), dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Apache Superset, Power BI), and BPMN engines (e.g., Flowable).
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, engineering, science, or mathematics.
- You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer, with extensive knowledge of frontend, backend, integrations, and workflow automation.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused, with a collaborative approach and willingness to mentor others.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1 level).
