Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is fluent in Python/Node.js, React, Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS — and knows how to use Claude Code to move faster, write cleaner code, and ship production-grade systems efficiently. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable applications end-to-end. You’ll also help define best practices for AI-assisted development, integrating Claude Code into the daily build, review, and deploy cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend).

• Build and manage APIs, microservices, and event-driven backends optimized for AWS.

• Use Claude Code for intelligent code generation, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining human-level oversight and architectural control.

• Create and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning.

• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate builds/deployments on AWS (ECS, EKS, or EC2).

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for testing, deployment, and release automation.

• Write clean, modular, and testable code with strong adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with designers and product owners to iterate quickly while maintaining technical excellence.

• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted coding workflows across the engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python/Node.js, and React.

• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, API Gateway, IAM).

• Solid experience with Docker and containerized deployments.

• Strong background in PostgreSQL database design and performance optimization.

• Expertise in GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.

• Working knowledge of Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT Code Interpreter).

• Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, code quality discipline, and autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Claude Code into large-scale or production-level projects.

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Comfortable in Agile or fast-moving startup environments.

• Contributions to open-source projects or AI tooling initiatives.
