Full-Cycle Recruiter

Retro develops therapies for diseases driven by the biology of aging. We focus on cellular reprogramming and autophagy to rejuvenate cell and tissue function with the ultimate aim of adding 10 years to healthy human lifespan. We are hiring a detail-oriented, people-centric Recruiter. You will be part of the Human Experience (HX) team and will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from need assessment to offer and onboarding. You will manage several requisitions at a time and will drive the lifecycle of the process; coordinating with hiring managers, creating sourcing and outreach plans, and conducting initial screens. You will report to the lead of the HX team. About You: You are highly organized and effective at troubleshooting and keeping a process moving. You bring high emotional intelligence to recruiting and also value using data to inform your thinking and improve outcomes. You listen carefully and communicate well with many different types of people. You are resourceful, proactive, and enjoy finding creative ways to source and engage great talent. You approach your work with humility, a team-first attitude, and a willingness to jump in wherever help is needed. Above all, you care deeply about being a strong culture carrier and representing Retro thoughtfully and authentically. In this role, you will: You might thrive in this role if you:

Have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. 

Have experience learning a variety of different roles and asking the right questions to understand the need.

Are proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Suite, and project management tools.

Have knowledge of employment law and compliance as it relates to the recruiting and hiring process. 

Have a proven track record of finding amazing candidates in creative ways. 

Care deeply about candidates and want to create an experience they will brag about.

It’s a bonus if you:

Have experience hiring for scientific positions within highly technical fields.

Have experience with Lever ATS.
