Full Cycle Recruiter

Position: Full-Cycle Recruiter Location: Remote - US Hours Duration: Full-time Shift: US Eastern Time Zone (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Benefits: Paid Time Off About the Role:   We’re looking for a motivated and confident Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team! This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about connecting people with the right career opportunities and has experience in a process outsourcing (BPO) or similar fast-paced industry. You’ll support our North American clients by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent while learning the end-to-end recruitment process in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for various technical and professional roles

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Collaborate with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines

Contribute to team initiatives to improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience

Core Skills:

Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal

Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone or video

Tech-savvy — able to work efficiently with tools like CRMs, job boards, and social media

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

Eager to learn and grow within the recruitment field

Experience:

Background working in a process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar industry,  preferred, with at least one (1) year of experience

Experience using Bullhorn ATS is a plus but not required

Working Conditions:

Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones

Willing to work as an Independent Contractor (IC)

Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable work-from-home setup
