We’re now looking for a part-time Fulfilment Assistant, working mainly Monday to Friday mornings at our HQ in Hoxton to help ensure every order leaves the building accurately, safely, and on time. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operation, supporting the smooth running of our fulfilment process. You’ll work closely with our Logistics Lead to prepare, pack, and dispatch orders to dentists and patients, maintaining the high quality and reliability that 32Co is known for.

What you’ll do
Prepare and pack orders with care and accuracy, maintaining our high quality standards.
Support daily fulfilment tasks such as printing labels, checking inventory, and restocking.
Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, including logging items and updating systems.
Keep storage and stock areas tidy and well organised.
Flag any issues or delays quickly, so the team can stay on track.
Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
Work part-time, Monday to Friday mornings (some flexibility).
Who you are
Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented - you notice when something’s not quite right.
Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting boxes (most are small and light, but we do receive some larger inbound deliveries).
Positive, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team.
Experience in fulfilment or dispatch work is helpful but not essential - we’ll train you.
Take pride in doing things properly, hungry to learn and improve.
