Fulfillment Planner

BeatBox Beverages is looking to add a Fulfillment Planner to our growing Operations Team! This is a full-time opportunity that would be perfect for someone who is highly motivated, organized-analytical, and results driven. This is an excellent position for someone with a proven track record in data management and 3PL, who is looking to elevate their skills with excel and working with remote multi-national teams. This position will support the Operations Team by assisting with inventory management and team cooperation. To succeed in this position, a candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, data management, structural organization, and feel comfortable juggling multiple tasks. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales Team + Logistics Manager on fulfilment plans per region (POD). 
• Execute order fulfilment of customer PO’s; order-fill, tendering, tracking, PO delivery, Return merchandise (RMA). 
• TMS (Turvo) QA: maintenance, order-tendering, order-tracking, order-delivery.
• Manage Level 1 aspects of fulfilment claims from retail sales, distributors, and warehouses.
• Mange Level 1 aspect of carrier invoice-review bill.com (ASN/wholesale).
• Manage requests and work on a fulfilment plan for Sales Market Samples with the Director of Operations.
• Collect and maintain QA & Production Data for the Operations Department from vendors.
• Comfortable working with management/communication tools such as Asana and Slack.
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a deadline-driven environment.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations.

Experience with the systems and platforms identified above is preferred however training will be provided as needed.

Position Evolution…

BeatBox Beverages is anticipating a period of rapid growth over the next calendar year through December 2023 + beyond. This position will likely see the job description change over this short period of time. As the company grows, aspects of the job description above may change, some tasks may be added and likely removed as new teammates come on board.

This entry level position with the BeatBox Operations Team will prepare the candidate for the next level role within the fulfilment vertical. The next role will be formed based on the needs of the business but with consideration for the Logistics & Fulfilment team members particular skillset. Additional responsibility and complexity of the next role will be compensated accordingly.
