Spreetail is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to lead day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality, performance and team member experience of Fulfillment Center Operations in Germany.
How you will achieve success
Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents in a timely manner
Drive results and approach obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines
Ensure company policies are communicated and enforced consistently and provide progressive corrective action where required
Recognize, mentor, and provide training and development to optimize performance, create organizational depth and individual growth, in addition to ensuring timecard and pay accuracy.
What experience will help you in this role
Dedicated to quality and high standards, with impeccable attention to detail
Experience working in a fulfillment center environment, walking and standing for extended periods of time, lifting to 30KG, bending, and using mechanical equipment as part of production activities
Excellent communication skills
Able to handle ambiguity, changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
Experienced in MS Office, and other operating systems
