Fulfillment Associate, Full-Time
📍 Location: 572 Aero Dr NE #165, Calgary, AB T2E 8P6
💰 Salary: $15.50/hour
🗓 Schedule: Friday to Monday (4 days) - 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Compressed Shift Schedule

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play a key role in our operations by working on an assembly line with your team to carefully pack Goodfood boxes. These boxes are delivered directly to our members, and your work ensures we consistently deliver on our promise of high-quality, fresh products.

Here are the responsibilities of this role:

  • Organizing the workspace and supplies (which includes lifting boxes and heavy charges);
  • Assemble boxes and insert liners and ice packs;
  • Fill the boxes with the right recipe bags and recipe cards according to the member’s orders;
  • Verify that box contents are adequate and the address label is correct;
  • Sort recipe cards;
  • Stack boxes on pallets for shipping;
  • Pick and pack meat and recipe in the box according to the packing slip;
  • Cleaning of the warehouse/fridge when necessary.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial work experience;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily targets;
  • Ability to communicate, write and read in English
  • The ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds repetitively during your shift;
  • A willingness to work in a cold workplace
