FTTH B2C Sales Representative

TLDR

Conduct commercial surveys to gather FTTH user information for attracting new customers, generating revenue and user growth in FTTH zones.

This position is responsible of conducting commercial survey that include collecting FTTH user’s information to attract new customers using sales technique in alignment with company strategy by generate revenue and user growth in FTTH Zones.

•Achieves monthly target that have been assigned by the Direct manager.

•Recommend, select and help locate the right subscription.

•Describes a subscription’s features and benefits to customers.

•Provides information about Technical Support Team

•Ensure end user sign contract and all documents related are documented and archived in the system

•Support all the EarthLink’s future projects. •Activate subscription according to customer request.

•Performs other duties as and when requested by the direct manager.

Requirements

•Bachelor's in Business Admin or any related field

•1-2 Year Experience in Sales outdoor preferably in ISP
