Job Description:
The FSR Supervisor ensures operational and personal readiness of the Customer Success Flight Operations pilot roster. They are responsible for daily administrative tasks, equipment and property accountability, and cross-functional support. They manage routine traffic with pilots, inter-organizational administrative personnel, and VBAT customers to ensure mission readiness and personnel and aircraft reliability.
What you'll do:
Track and manage CONUS and OCONUS FSR obligations across numerous contracts. Mentor and develop senior VBAT Technical SMEs. Serve as primary touchpoint cross-functionally between the FSR roster and the rest of the SAI enterprise.
Required qualifications:
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
UAS Pilot Industry Experience
Preferred qualifications:
VBAT Technical SME
Deployed operational UAS experience
VBAT Instructor Qualified
