PVM, Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will partner with implementation teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced technical solutions that address our customers' most complex challenges. As an FSR Analyst, you will work directly with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and create innovative use cases. Whether supporting users on-site worldwide or collaborating with colleagues in our offices, you will be instrumental in driving success and delivering meaningful results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on, desk-side support and training to analysts.
  • Lead training sessions for analysts and operators in both classroom and live operational environments.
  • Support the Help Desk by responding to user inquiries and collaborating with the Palantir engineering team to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide user-driven feedback and insights to the Palantir engineering team to support product improvement.
  • Support and participate in senior leader briefings, including occasional early morning or weekend sessions as needed.
  • Assist in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and addressing inquiries from senior leadership.
  • Partner with analysts to identify high-impact workflows, understand mission needs, and translate those into effective Palantir solutions.
  • Support analysts in building and refining geospatial tools that drive actionable insights and informed decision-making across operations.

 

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Palantir Gotham user required
  • Strong Military Background (preferred Army intel experience)
  • Experience with multi-Service integration of intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), and targeting capabilities, ISR and targeting platforms, or the Distributed Common Ground System
  • Experience conducting user training programs or workshops

 

Tools

  • Prior experience as a Palantir Gotham user required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry a plus.

 

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time CONUS if needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
