Frontend Team Lead

We are growing fast and looking for a hands-on Frontend Team Lead to help us scale our platform and deliver an exceptional experience to thousands of product managers around the world.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Frontend Team Lead to guide our frontend developers, shape the architecture of Craft.io’s web app, and play a key role in strengthening AI assisted development within the team.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor frontend developers

• Own architecture and delivery of key features

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend on end-to-end development

• Drive AI adoption in day-to-day development workflows

• Improve performance, UI consistency, and our design system

• Write high-quality code and manage tech debt

Requirements

• 5+ years in frontend development, strong React and TypeScript skills

• 2+ years leading developers or acting as tech lead

• Experience with complex, data heavy applications

• Strong understanding of performance, rendering patterns, and modern JS ecosystem

• Must: hands-on experience with AI assisted development tools and the ability to strengthen and expand their use within the team

• Strong passion for execution and delivering features to production with quality and pace
