Role Overview
We are seeking a Frontend Senior Engineering Manager to define and scale frontend engineering at an organizational level. This role is focused on leading leaders, setting frontend strategy, and ensuring exceptional user experiences across a growing product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Strategy & Architecture
- Define and evolve the frontend technical vision and long-term architecture.
- Ensure consistency, performance, accessibility, and scalability across products.
- Drive adoption of frontend best practices and standards.
Leadership & Growth
- Mentor Engineering Managers and senior frontend leaders.
- Build strong career paths, hiring strategies, and team structures.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Cross-Company Impact
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to align strategy.
- Represent frontend engineering in leadership discussions.
Scaling in a Startup Environment
- Scale teams and systems without sacrificing speed or quality.
- Improve processes, tooling, and developer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Engineering Manager or equivalent role.
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong frontend architecture experience in large-scale applications.
- Experience leading leaders and managing complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Native or fluent English.
- Spanish is a plus.
- - Experience working in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial platforms is a plus.
