Role Overview
We are seeking a Frontend Engineering Manager to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about frontend architecture and user experience, who also enjoys mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence. You will own frontend technical direction while collaborating closely with Product and Design.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Technical Leadership
- Define and evolve frontend architecture using modern best practices.
- Ensure performance, accessibility, scalability, and maintainability.
- Lead technical reviews and architectural discussions.
People Leadership
- Mentor engineers and support their professional growth.
- Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product and Design to deliver high-impact user experiences.
- Translate complex requirements into scalable frontend solutions.
Startup Mindset
- Drive execution with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
- Continuously improve frontend tooling and developer experience.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer or Frontend Tech Lead.
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and UX principles.
- Experience leading teams and reviewing code at scale.
- Familiarity with API-driven systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Native or fluent English.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Experience working in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial platforms is a plus.
