What is the profile about?

A front-end web developer is probably what most people think of as a “web developer”. A front-end web developer is responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact within a web application. You will be usually supported by back-end web developers, who are responsible for server-side application logic and integration of the work front-end developers do. You need to be updated with all the new front-end technology and guide/suggest the designers to follow your guidelines. You need to define and document the consistency of the overall product design and external publications

 Overall Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Contribute and be a part of the happy work-place.

Skill Sets:

• Fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• CSS preprocessors like Sass and LESS
• JavaScript frameworks like Ember, AngularJS, React, etc., or
• JS-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower
• Libraries like jQuery or Backbone.js
• Front-end (CSS) frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap
• AJAX
• Basics of Photoshop or any designing tool
