About the Program:
Our internship program is designed to provide meaningful professional experience while ensuring 24/7 front desk coverage. Interns gain practical skills, mentorship from senior concierges, and exposure to real guest interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Program Highlights:

• Duration: 3–6 months (minimum 3 months)
• Stipend: USD 400/month
• Flexible shifts: mornings, evenings, weekends (full-time or part-time rotation)
• On-site mentorship by Operations Manager & Senior Concierge
• Hands-on experience with guest communication, PMS platforms (Hostaway/Breezeway), VIP handling, and operational tasks

• Managing arrivals, departures, and guest inquiries
• Handling complaints and special requests
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Payment collection and transaction reconciliation
• Emergency response and VIP guest handling
• Peer-to-peer onboarding and knowledge sharing
