Job Title: Front End Lead (ReactJS)
Location: Barcelona, Spain (2-3 days work in office, rest days remote work)
Experience: 5-8 years
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of software development experience on React JS &Node JS, having a focus on front-end & back-end development.
2. Lead a team of Front End Developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications using React.js.
3. Define technical architecture, system design, and development standards for Front End projects.
1. Should be leading a team and extensive experience on code review.
2. Should have experience in designing enterprise level applications.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
4. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
5. Good hands on knowledge on HTML, CSS, Type script, ES6.
6. Experience in designing enterprise level SPAs.
7. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
8. Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
9. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
10. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
11. Responsible for Code Quality, Implement best practices and Unit Testing. Should have knowledge in using any Unit testing frameworks.
12. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
13. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
14. A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
