Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of the company.
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate departments or personnel promptly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and securely.
- Maintain and coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces as needed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with various teams to support office operations and communication flow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
