Designation: Front Desk Executive

Work Location- Andheri East - Chandivali

Experience-6 Months to 1 Year experience in the role of Front office representative

Key Responsibilities Areas:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct the office visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Ensure that reception area is neat, presentable and has a stock of required Front office supplies such as Brochures, forms and other stationaries
• Provide relevant information in-person or via phone/email as and when required
• Answer incoming phone calls, screen and forward them appropriately to the right stakeholder
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Ensure maintenance of office security by abiding to safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk by monitoring a logbook
• Update calendars and schedule meetings as per business requirement
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Qualifications:

• Any graduate with a minimum of 60% marks throughout academic career
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have decent working knowledge in Microsoft office Suite
• Should have working knowledge of handling office equipment like photocopy machine, printer etc
• Must have excellent Planning, Organising and time management skills, with the ability to multi task
• Must be resourceful and proactive in handling issues
