Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator (Part-Time)

Support front-of-house operations at a medical spa, enhancing client experiences and maintaining seamless appointment management.

Location: Brickell, Miami, FL (On-Site)

Schedule: 1-2 days a week (including Saturdays)

Compensation: $35/hour

The Role

We’re looking for a polished, proactive team member to support the daily front-of-house operations of our medical spa. You’ll be the first impression for clients and play a key role in ensuring a seamless, elevated experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience:

  • Greet and check in/out clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reschedules (Boulevard/GHL)
  • Respond to calls, texts, and emails promptly
  • Educate clients on services, memberships, and pre/post-care
  • Support positive review generation and client retention

Front Desk Operations:

  • Verify deposits and intake forms prior to check-in
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and polished reception area
  • Monitor retail inventory and communicate restock needs
  • Support daily opening and closing procedures

Sales Support:

  • Confidently communicate treatment packages and memberships
  • Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with the clinical team
  • Track daily sales and appointment flow

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in medical spa, aesthetics, or luxury hospitality
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and closing memberships
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional, calm, and polished demeanor
