Location: Brickell, Miami, FL (On-Site)
Schedule: 1-2 days a week (including Saturdays)
Compensation: $35/hour
The Role
We’re looking for a polished, proactive team member to support the daily front-of-house operations of our medical spa. You’ll be the first impression for clients and play a key role in ensuring a seamless, elevated experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience:
- Greet and check in/out clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reschedules (Boulevard/GHL)
- Respond to calls, texts, and emails promptly
- Educate clients on services, memberships, and pre/post-care
- Support positive review generation and client retention
Front Desk Operations:
- Verify deposits and intake forms prior to check-in
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and polished reception area
- Monitor retail inventory and communicate restock needs
- Support daily opening and closing procedures
Sales Support:
- Confidently communicate treatment packages and memberships
- Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with the clinical team
- Track daily sales and appointment flow
Requirements
- 1–3 years in medical spa, aesthetics, or luxury hospitality
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and closing memberships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional, calm, and polished demeanor
