About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be a welcoming, reassuring presence from the moment they arrive. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm, organised, and empathetic is essential to ensuring a positive and seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and support clients with empathy and professionalism
  • Manage phone enquiries, appointment bookings, and message-taking with efficiency and warmth
  • Maintain clear, effective communication between clients and veterinary teams
  • Process invoicing, insurance claims, and payment follow-ups
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry using EzyVet software
  • Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front-of-house area
  • Uphold ethical standards, privacy, and confidentiality at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing reception or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office; experience with EzyVet or similar software is a plus
  • Previous experience in veterinary or human healthcare is highly desirable
  • A genuine love of animals and a compassionate approach to client care
