1. Participate in the design and iterative optimization of core trading systems, such as spot and leverage trading.
2. Be responsible for the design of financial solutions, including institutional account opening, fund management, and permission systems.
3. Optimize deposit and withdrawal processes, balancing security, efficiency, and user experience.
4. Participate in the design and risk control of complex financial products such as futures and options.

Requirements

1. Graduating with a solid academic foundation in Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Proficient in English and Chinese communication and workplace skills.
3. Exceptional resilience and ability to maintain high performance under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
4. Strong logical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills; adept at deconstructing complex problems and driving cross-team implementation.
