Fresh Grad Hire - System Testing Engineer (Financial Securities System Focus)

1. Participate in business testing of real-time trading links, clearing and settlement, etc. on financial platforms, covering the entire process of the server and Web sides, to ensure that the system logic complies with product design and financial compliance requirements.
2. Participate in the entire process of business R&D, provide suggestions and opinions on the rationality of requirements from a professional testing perspective, design high-quality test cases based on the perspective of real investors, simulate the behaviors of various types of investors, and verify the accuracy and effectiveness of order trading, risk control handling, and asset settlement.
3. Learn and apply tools such as automated testing and traffic replay, explore the application of AI technology in testing, and improve testing efficiency and quality.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as development and product, continuously optimize testing processes, and jointly improve product quality.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, Investment, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data and Statistics.
2. Those with a strong interest in financial business and practical trading experience in stocks/options/futures or internship experience at a securities firm are preferred; those holding CFA/FRM certificates or having passed relevant exams are also considered a plus.
3. Familiarity with computer fundamentals (such as network protocols, databases), and basic programming skills in Python/Go etc. are preferred, but a strong willingness for rapid learning and practical application is more highly valued.
4. Understand the basic theories of software testing, and have knowledge or enthusiasm for learning about use case design, automated testing, testing tools, etc.
5. A strong sense of curiosity and active learning ability, is willing to embrace AI technology, and actively explores its innovative applications in the testing field
6. Logical, meticulous, patient, with good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit
7. Language Skills: Excellent English & Chinese communication skills (verbal and written), capable of fluent daily and technical communication.
8. Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
