Fresh Grad Hire - System Testing Engineer (Banking Business)

Our testing team serves as the cornerstone of high-quality banking services, dedicated to ensuring stability, security, and exceptional user experience across all touchpoints—from core systems to front-end channels—through comprehensive testing strategies. This commitment directly supports the digital bank's mission of advancing inclusive finance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in the requirements analysis of various banking business systems (such as core systems, mobile banking, and corporate online banking), and understand the business logic.
2. Design, write, and maintain high-quality test cases based on the requirements specification to ensure comprehensive coverage.
3. Conduct functional testing, interface testing, performance testing, integration regression testing, etc., to promptly discover, record, and track software defects.
4. Collaborate closely with developers and business personnel to accurately identify issues and verify the results of fixes.
5. Participate in the optimization of the testing process, explore and introduce new testing methods and tools, and improve testing efficiency.

Requirements

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, with majors in mathematics, computer science, or finance preferred
2. Master the basic theories, processes, and methods of software engineering and software testing, be familiar with SQL language, and be able to proficiently use databases such as MySQL and Oracle for data query and verification.
3. Familiar with basic commands of Linux/Unix operating systems, understand at least one programming language, such as Java/Python/Shell, and possess basic programming thinking.
4. Rigorous in thinking, with strong logical analysis and problem localization abilities, and sensitive to details.
5. Have good communication skills, be able to clearly describe problems, and collaborate effectively with the team.
6. Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
7. Fluent in both English & Chinese.

Priority Consideration Criteria:

1. Has internship experience or project experience related to software testing.
2. Understand automated testing tools (such as Selenium, Appium) or continuous integration tools (such as Jenkins).
3. Understand the basic knowledge of banking operations (such as deposits, loans, and remittances).
