Key Responsibilities

As a core member of the project team, you will participate in the entire project process under the leadership of a senior mentor, contributing to the successful delivery of the project.

1. Conduct full lifecycle management of projects, and use professional methodologies and tools to coordinatethe entire process of planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and acceptance, coordinate cross-team resources, ensure efficient collaboration among stakeholders, and achieve project objectives.
2. Participate in the writing and maintenance of project-related documents, including but not limited to project plans, schedules, and reporting materials. Assist in organizing various project meetings and be responsible for the compilation and tracking of meeting minutes.
3. Track key project milestones, monitor progress, issue early warnings for risks, and assist in preparing project reports for management and regulatory purposes to promptly identify latent risks or issues.
4. As a communication hub, assist in coordinating resources from multiple parties such as product, technology, operations, risk control, and legal affairs to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of information flow and drive problem-solving.
5. Design process mechanisms in combination with business characteristics, promote the precipitation of best practices and standardization construction, and quickly establish replicable implementation paths for innovative projects.
6. Implement process monitoring and continuous improvement from both quality and efficiency dimensions, systematically identify, warn, and resolve project risks to ensure satisfaction with delivery results. Optimize resource allocation through data insights to drive the improvement of project management effectiveness and team maturity.

Requirements

1. Undergraduate degree or above from domestic and international universities through unified enrollment is welcome, and colleagues majoring in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, and Management are welcome to apply.
2. Possessing clear logical thinking, able to face complex situations, analyze, summarize, and proactively seek solutions . Outstanding structured thinking and Data Analysis capabilities , which can improve and build the design of project measurement systems.
3. Excellent oral and written Chinese and English proficiency, good at listening, and able to effectively collaborate with team members in different roles.
4. Passionate about work, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, capable of proactively advancing tasks and being accountable for the results.
5. Possess a strong thirst for knowledge and the ability to learn quickly , enabling rapid adaptation to new environments, mastery of new skills, and continuous drive for innovation.
6. Deeply understand the team's goals, be willing to collaborate and share, pursue the common success of the team and the project .
7. Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
8. Priority Consideration
• Those with project practical experience during their school years are preferred.
• Those with practical application and understanding of the Project Management Knowledge System (such as PMP/Agile Scrum, etc.) are preferred.
• Possession of certificates such as PMP, ACP, SAFe, and proficiency in using Feishu project tools are preferred.
• Preference will be given to those with good data analysis and document writing skills
• Fluent English communication skills, with preference given to those who can use it as a working language for document writing and cross-border collaborative communication.
