Fresh Grad Hire - Product Manager (Digital Bank)

The team is responsible for Airstar Bank's business, covering everything from the bank's frontend customer-facing capabilities to back-end system construction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build the financial product capabilities of Airstar bank, including capabilities in areas such as account opening, transfer, bank card, investment and wealth management, etc.;
2. Build the client and desktop products of Airstar bank and be responsible for customer experience;
3. Construction of the banking back-office system, targeting internal business colleagues, to improve the accuracy and efficiency of business processing;
4. Collect requirements from system users, promote the implementation of requirements, and continuously follow up on relevant data performance and user feedback.
5. Pay attention to banking business operation data and contribute your own ideas to business growth.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in computer science, software engineering, financial economics, mathematics preferred.
2. Good communication and expression skills, rigorous logical thinking, and systematic thinking ability.
3. Love product work and long-term aspiration for the technology and finance industry.
4. Bonus points: Having investment experience or paying attention to the Financial Market.
5. Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
6. Fluent in both English & Chinese.
