Fresh Grad Hire - Product Manager (App UX Architecture)

• Architecture Design: Quickly learn and master securities-related business knowledge and user experience design methodologies. Participate in user research and design for app navigation and global features. Combine business understanding with systematic thinking to deliver forward-thinking design solutions.
• Product Planning: Own the entire cycle for architecture-focused products, including requirements gathering, analysis, roadmap planning, and design. Produce comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRD) and interactive prototypes.
• Project Execution: Collaborate closely with R&D, Design, QA, and Operations teams. Coordinate resources effectively to ensure the timely and high-quality launch of products.
• Analysis & Iteration: Monitor post-launch product data and user feedback. Conduct analysis and drive continuous optimization based on insights gathered.

Requirements

1. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Must be proficient in English and Chinese for professional communication.
3. Demonstrable interest in securities and investing. Practical trading experience, relevant financial certifications, or prior internship experience in the securities or internet industry is a strong plus.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with strong logical and analytical thinking abilities.
5. Highly motivated to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Ability to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
6. Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
