Fresh Grad Hire - Financial Product Manager (Trading & Risk Control)

1. Lead financial product planning and design for FUTU/MOOMOO platform, optimizing functionalities and user experience to enhance market competitiveness.
2. Apply expertise in financial regulations to analyze market trends, competition and product performance strategies.
3. Establish business data monitoring systems to identify user needs through experiments and metrics analysis.
4. Coordinate with R&D and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
5. Analyze post-launch feedback and metrics for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Mathematics or related fields.
2. Full professional English and Chinese proficiency (verbal and written); Cantonese proficiency preferred.
3. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with systematic problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Finance, accounting or audit internship experience.
2. Demonstrated interest in financial markets with hands-on experience in equities, derivatives or crypto assets.
3. Relevant professional qualifications (FRM, CFA, SIE or equivalent).
4. Familiarity with emerging technologies including AI applications like ChatGPT and DeepSeek.
5. Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
