Interface with financial institutions (clearing houses, banks, etc.) to analyze business processes, design system functionalities and drive requirement implementation.
Coordinate with brokerage teams to research industry best practices and optimize business workflows and system designs.
Partner with Trading and Risk Control teams to lead the iteration and optimization of core clearing/settlement modules, supporting new business launches.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines
* Professional English proficiency and familiarity with international business cultures; Cantonese proficiency preferred
* Strong problem-solving, analytical and quick-learning abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Detail-oriented, proactive and enthusiastic
Preferred Qualifications
* Finance, accounting or audit internship experience
* Demonstrated interest in financial markets with hands-on experience in equities, derivatives or crypto assets
* Relevant professional qualifications (FRM, CFA, SIE or equivalent)
* Familiarity with emerging technologies including AI applications like ChatGPT and DeepSeek
