Fresh Grad Hire - Backend Developer (Financial Securities System R&D Focus)

We are responsible for building the capabilities of financial securities platforms, providing secure, stable, highly specialized, and scalable financial securities systems for the company's international market expansion. Our business scope includes Securities Trading Systems, Securities Risk Control Systems, Securities Asset Systems, and Securities Clearing and Settlement Systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in the design and development of financial systems, including trading systems (including algorithmic trading, advanced order management), risk control systems (including derivatives risk control), clearing and settlement systems, etc.
2. Learn and apply the latest financial technologies and participate in innovation projects.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Professional Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial market structure and trading mechanisms, or knowledge of institutional businesses related to Prime Brokerage.
3. Technical Skills: Familiar with any programming language; understanding of fundamental system design principles and database operations.
4. Internship Experience: Prior internship experience in FinTech, investment banking, or related fields is advantageous.
5. Personal Attributes: Strong learning ability and problem-solving mindset, responsible, and capable of adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
6. Language Skills: Excellent English & Chinese communication skills (verbal and written), capable of fluent daily and technical communication.
7. Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
