French Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce the opening for a French Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and technology, and who want to make a positive impact in the lives of our French-speaking customers.

As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will act as the primary contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your role is crucial in delivering excellent customer experiences by providing effective and efficient solutions to inquiries and technical issues.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and resolve customer issues while offering clear and concise guidance.
• Assist customers in navigating product features to enhance their experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements.
• Participate in training sessions to remain informed about product updates and best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in French (both spoken and written) is required. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical roles is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in technology and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to help others.
