Key Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective resolutions.
• Guide customers in understanding our products and services, ensuring they get the best out of their experience.
• Document all interactions with customers to maintain comprehensive records for quality assurance.
• Collaboration with colleagues to enhance service delivery and address recurring customer issues.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep up with product developments and industry changes.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required. Applicants should clearly state their nationality and native language in their C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Previous customer service or support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
