As a Streaming Platform Support Representative, your main responsibility will be to assist our French-speaking customers with inquiries related to our state-of-the-art streaming platform. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries about account management, subscription information, and streaming issues.
• Ensure that all customer interactions are accurately documented in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about platform updates.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A genuine passion for technology and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or a technical environment is beneficial, but not mandatory!
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for assisting customers in mastering our streaming platform.
