French Speaking Software Implementation Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opening for a French Speaking Software Implementation Specialist! Based in Athens, Greece, you will be responsible for ensuring that our French-speaking clients have a smooth and successful experience while implementing our software solutions.

Your role will require you to not only manage the technical aspects of the implementation process but also to build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through training and providing ongoing support. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of software solutions for French-speaking clients from start to finish.
• Evaluate client needs to create tailored implementation strategies.
• Deliver training and post-implementation support to ensure user satisfaction and effective utilization of the software.
• Document all client interactions and implementation phases for reference and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify and troubleshoot any challenges that arise during the implementation process.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is required; English proficiency is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in software implementation or technology consulting is preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and training sessions when necessary.
