In this key role, you will provide outstanding support to French-speaking customers facing roadside emergencies, delivering the high level of service that reflects the brand's commitment to excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide immediate assistance to French-speaking customers during roadside emergencies, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Diagnose customer's vehicle issues and coordinate appropriate solutions swiftly.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed and reassured throughout the process.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with team members and service providers to deliver prompt solutions.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about luxury vehicle features and roadside assistance protocols.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential. Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in high-stress situations.
- Prior experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding customer care.
