As a French Speaking Partner Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our partners, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of excellent. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to partners in French through various communication channels.
• Efficiently diagnose and resolve partner issues while delivering a pleasant experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Passion for customer service and building strong partner connections.
• Previous experience in a customer support or consultancy role is preferred.
