In this role, you will be the voice of our company, helping French-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive the highest level of support. Your language skills will play a crucial role in creating positive experiences for our clients and fostering strong relationships in a multicultural environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional multilingual support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Quickly address inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
• Engage in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of products and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong passion for customer service and a dedication to client satisfaction.
• Experience in customer support is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A team-oriented approach with a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities.
