In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they have a fantastic experience. Join our diverse and friendly team as we strive to deliver excellence!

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify customer needs and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and enhance customer service effectiveness.
• Participate in training opportunities to stay current on products and service offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to manage multiple tasks.
