Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription plans, billing issues, and service features.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and service enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
