Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via social media platforms.
• Handle inquiries, comments, and concerns from customers professionally and promptly.
• Document interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve response targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong interest in social media and online communication.
• Previous experience in customer support or social media management is a plus but not mandatory.
