Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding ride-sharing services, addressing any issues that arise.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about service updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in tech or transportation, is a plus but not mandatory.
