Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and services on the online marketplace.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and improve the overall customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to stay informed about products and industry trends.

Requirements

• Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
