• Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients using mobile banking services via various communication channels.

• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product features.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
