• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and company services.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
• Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
