Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding home entertainment products, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service goals and improve the customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong enthusiasm for home entertainment technology and customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
