Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to home appliances, offering solutions and guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product features and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in home appliances, is advantageous but not mandatory.
